Yard Dogs Terms Of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By using Yard Dogs’ services, you agree to these Terms Of Service. Please read carefully. if you do not agree to these terms you can choose to not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Yard Dogs specializes in pet waste removal and related services, including:

  • weekly, bi-weekly and monthly cleanings.
  • one-time cleanups, including Spring Thaw Cleanup.
  • optional deodorizer/sanitizer services
We reserve the right to change or stop any service with prior notice.

3.Service Scheduling

  • Yard Dogs will adhere to the agreed-upon schedule for your service(e.g., weekly, biweekly, monthly)
  • In the event of inclement weather (e.g., heavy rain snow, or extreme temperatures),we may reschedule services. We will notify you in advance.
  • We will mark the service as incomplete if we can’t access your yard. Reasons include: locked gates, aggressive pets, or other barriers. No refunds will be issued.

4.Payment Terms

  • Payment for services must be made in advance, either as a one-time payment or on a recurring subscription basis.
  • Pricing is based on yard size number of dogs and service frequency.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and online payments through our secure platform.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel or modify your service at any time by contacting us at least 48 hours before your next schedule service
  • Refunds are not provided for missed services dues to inaccessible yards, cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or partial months of unused services

6. Customer Responsibilities

To guarantee a successful service:

  • Offer clear and safe access to your yard.
  • Secure any aggressive pets during service window.
  • Notify Yard Dogs of any hazards, such as broken fences or hidden objects.

Failure to comply may result in service delays or cancellations.

7. Liability

  • Yard Dogs is not responsible for damage caused by unmarked obstacles, hazards, or preexisting yard conditions.
  • Our deodorizer/sanitizer products are pet-safe, but we suggest keeping off treated areas until fully dry.
  • Yard Dogs is fully insured and takes care to reduce any risks during service.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is protected and used solely improve our service.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

9.Changes to Terms of Service

Yard Dogs reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or our website. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the updated terms.
